Meeting Tight Deadlines for a Hotel Chain's Multi-Property Rollout
When an expanding hotel chain prepares to open several new properties at once, many details need to fall into place quickly. Recently, we had the opportunity to support one of our hospitality partners in this type of large-scale launch by providing custom-branded supplies on an expedited schedule.
The client approached us seeking quality key card sleeves featuring their logo for not just one, but three different hotel locations slated to open within weeks of each other. With grand openings imminent, they required the key cards in hand soon to stay on track.
Our design team got to work immediately creating mockups of the proposed sleeve design. Once approved, we swiftly moved into production, to print and finish thousands of sleeves. Through dedicated collaboration between our sales, production, and shipping teams, we delivered the complete order within the client’s timeframe.
The client was thrilled to have their branded key cards in time for the highly anticipated launch of their new properties. The sleeves made for a professional presentation at check-in, allowing guests to feel welcomed into the brand experience.
